Dosage:

• For boys and girls -1 capsule per day after food.
• For adults (both men and women) 1 capsule per day after food.
• For pregnant women and lactating mothers -2 capsules full per day after food
• For liquid do not exceed the above usage level. Consume for 2-4 weeks and then get haemoglobin level tested. Stop usage if haemoglobin level has reached desired range.
